Programme Consultant - £60k pa plus benefits
We are looking for a high calibre individual to join our senior programme team to be responsible for leading the delivery and development of our client accounts.
Key skills will include an understanding of organisational development and change management, together with an ability to motivate both internal teams and external suppliers. Creativity, combined with commercial acumen and an ability to work as a trusted advisor to the most senior clients is critical, together with an ability to balance innovative thinking with a pragmatic approach to project delivery, un-phased by time pressure and demanding clients.
Previous experience (either agency or corporate) should include a proven track record of building client relationships at Board level, excellent interpersonal skills and management of project teams.
